Can anyone tell me anything about the Water Colour Artist F. Robson who painted pictures of Cathedrals ?
I have four of his paintings, York, Durham, Hereford and Truro. Each of th four are with rivers running nearby.

Signed his work – F. Robson or Featherstone Robson.

In the 1920’s he was commissioned to paint ‘popular scenes of the day’ such as Cathedrals of England, Coaching Inns, Seascapes and Pastoral scenes which were mass-produced as prints and sold by the major stores of Great Britain.
