can you use Go system 2350 butane propane mix gas can for lampwork?? glass beads?

Ive just got a hothead torch and the map gas is £20 a can so was wondering if this would work as well ? (and its only £5.00 a can for the same size)

Probably not, but you may have to just test, since you have the torch. MAPP (not map) is enhanced gas mix for higher temps while butane/propane is a mix of two similar gases. However, the prices you quote seem wildly out of line. I would not be surprised to hear someone is charging twice the propane price for MAPP, but 4 times as much is really pushing it. If you are doing some serious work, you might look for availability of MAPP in larger tanks that connect with a hose to the torch.
In the long run, the Hot Head is sort of okay for beads but you will find that it makes life more complicated for lampwork compared to a compress air -propane or oxy-propane surface mix torch that can be finely adjusted and shaped.
