Which paint is better Oil or Latex for Crown Molding?

The crown molding, door trims, window sills, and base board is in the interior of our house and we are getting it done and the guy suggested oil, and some others said latex we just wanted to know which is better?

I would recommend a high gloss latex paint. The oil based paint has a very strong odor that lasts for many days and it takes at least a day to dry. Latex is highly recommended and will work perfectly fine for your project. It is also better for the environment because it is soap and water clean up not mineral spirits.
