Is Fluker’s green moss safe for leopard geckos?

I have never used Fluker’s green moss for my leopard geckos before. While I was wetting it to put in the tank, I noticed that the green dye rinses off. Will it harm my geckos?

While I don’t think they would use unsafe materials, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

The Fluker’s moss is dyed. It probably won’t hurt your gecko, but it’s still dye, and that would make me uneasy. Also, it’s a pain in the butt and it dyes everything it comes into contact with. And it smells weird! I friggen’ hate that stuff!

Use paper towels instead, or sphagnum moss. Anything but that!
