how do i attach hook and loop sanding disks?

Many small vibrating sanders already have the hook part glued to the flat surface. My B&D Mouse sander does…but if yours is older and doesn’t. go to hardware store or W-M and get the Industrial Strength wide black self-stick Velcro…be sure to attach the hook part bumper-to-bumper so to speak, because if you just attach strips w/ space between them, your sand paper will wear very unevenly and wear out too soon.
